Who's your favorite female DC villain?

There is a lot of gray area for a lot female villains. And I have a lot of favorites. So I’ll go with one who is hardcore and who sadly doesn’t exist anymore in the DCU - Cheshire. I always found the dichotomy between her all out villainy (like nuking a country) and her love of Lian (who I really do believe she loved) to be fascinating. I really liked the work Gail Simone did with her in Secret Six throughout the run especially her “Cats in the Cradle” arc. In fact that was the last time I saw Chesh as I could not bring myself to read one issue of Villains for Hire/United/ or whatever the name of that book Wallace did before the reboot.
