Film on female superheroes needs funding on Kickstarter

A new documentary on female superheroes is looking for funding on KIckstarter. Last year I posted about the documentary The History of the World according to Wonder Woman. Many of you contributed and the film was able finance a new round of production.

Now the documentary, which has been renamed Wonder Women! The Untold Story of American Superheroines, is in need of funding for its world debut at South by Southwest in March.

Earlier this year I was interviewed by director of the film Kristy Guevara-Flanagan and I can tell you the passion and insight she brings to female superheroes and Wonder Woman is enormous. I can’t wait to see the final film.

The Kickstarter runs for 29 more days and is looking for $15,000. Right now they have about $2800. If you know Kickstarter, you know can you contribute as little as $1 and have an impact. If you can contribute more there are incentives. You can contribute here.
