Arrow to Feature Kate Spencer
Word that Kate Spencer, aka Manhunter, might appear on Arrow first appeared when actress Ashley Scott tweeted she was auditioning.
She didn’t get the role but Chelah Horsdal did and will be appearing, according to IMDB, in next week’s episode, “Damaged” where given the plot she’ll most likely play the DA prosecuting Ollie.
