She’s a great character. But It depends on which Huntress. If you are interested in Helena Wayne (pre Crisis) I recommend the trade Huntress: Dark Knight Daughter which includes the character’s origin. 

If you’re interested in the Bertinelli version I recommend Huntress Cry for Blood (the trades are ridiculously priced, you can pick up the singles for cheaper. Or you could try Huntress: Year One. And you can pick up any of the trades of Gail Simone’s run on Birds of Prey. I also recommend the No Man’s Land arc which is now totally in trades.
