New Batman Trading Card Series Now Available
Cryptozoic Entertainment/DC Comics has released its trading card set Batman: The Legend and it is available for order now. The collection includes a wide swath through recent Batman past and includes characters not being seen in comics now including Stephanie Brown, Cass Cain (drawn by Richard Cox below)
The company has a variety of artists, and thus a variety of styles, in the hand drawn cards and I was very happy to see few female artists involved including Diana Greenhalgh whose set is below.
The base series of cards also includes a number with women and you can see the complete list here. There are more looks at the sketch cards below. Of course if you are familiar with how this works sketch cards are usually found by dealers who buy boxes of the cards and, pull the sketch card and then flip it on eBay. The Batgirl card seen above is listed there for $59.99 right now.
