Actress Brooke Shields has played a number of roles derived from comics from Brenda Starr to Morticia Addams. She even voiced Carol Ferris in the animated adaption of Darwyn Cooke’s Justice League: The Final Frontier. Unsurprisingly, given that she is six feet tall and has the whole “beauty of Athena” down pat, she’s been fan casted a number of times as Wonder Woman.
But it seems that Shields actually did put on the crown and lasso in her Princeton days.
A picture of Shields as Wonder Woman in college recently showed up on Tumblr. It turns out to not be the only one. While at college she was a member of Princeton’s Triangle Club, the school’s musical comedy touring group. This is from their 1986 production of “Star Spangled Banter” in 1986.
What do you think? Did the world miss a great Wonder Woman?
