DC 30 Day Meme Day 13- Your favorite friendship
I’ve gotten behind on doing this and I promise I will get back on track. I know who you think I will say for this, but I’m not going to say Dinah and Babs. It’s been mentioned to me that I may have a slight obsession with Barbara Gordon and that’s just not … oh who am I fooling? Of course it’s Babs and Dinah. I love their friendship for all the same reasons I outlined in the last meme entry. But they did have some close competition by Bea and Tora. And Cass and Steph. So while my choice is Babs and Dinah rather than putting yet another picture of them on your dash, I’ll give you the runners up instead.
F is for Fire and she is one of my favorite kick ass DC women. Beatriz da Costa has served with the Global Guardians (as Green Fury, then Green Flame), the JLI and Checkmate. She has the ability to burst in to flame. She is best friends with Tora Olafsdotter (Ice). I am so glad they are reunited in JLI (although so far I am not loving this book).
BoP isn’t the only great female team back today. Fire and Ice are back in Justice League Generation Lost. Bea’s a tough roommate.
